In June 2011, we published our web site planning guide at Smashing Magazine. We also offered a PDF version which has received over 12,000 downloads and still ranks high on Google for "web site planning."

We're now updating the guide to reflect current web design practice—most importantly Responsive Web Design, or building sites to adapt to a range of devices and screen sizes.
