Die In Cries: Discography | Sound Files | Links

A unique Japanese band with five albums and several singles to their credit. Their sound seems influenced by Duran Duran, Nitzer Ebb and other groups loosely defined as New Wave or Industrial. The drummer, Yukihiro, programs unique keyboard additions to the Bass/Guitar/Drums mix.

Japan is full of "hair bands", many of which have a less than unique sound.  Die In Cries stands out for their technical skill, creativity and song arrangements.

Be advised that nonsense English, like the group's name, is very popular in Japan. The group has four members; at last word they were broken up.  Available on the BMG-Ariola label in Japan. The singer, Kyo, has gone on to solo work.
